Neil Jacobs has represented startups, SMEs, family-owned business and smaller public companies for 30 years. His focus is on corporate structuring, finance, operations and governance issues, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. He has been quoted and had deals profiled in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Crain’s New York Business and major business newspapers in Norway (Finansavisen) and Israel (Calcalist), and has appeared on Israeli national radio. Neil has done deals in some 25 countries on 5 continents. He is a member of the board of ij International Jurists, an international lawyers’ alliance with over 700 lawyers in 35 countries.

Kelly is a cheerleader and champion for entrepreneurs of all stripes. At 21, she wrote a business plan that raised a quarter million dollars and admitted her company to one of the nation’s top business incubators. In time, her company became one of the less than two percent of women-owned businesses to exceed seven figures a year in sales. She was a fellow at the University at Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and earned her degree from Georgetown University. Presently, Kelly is a strategist with The Ledgemoor Group, where she advises emerging and established companies on best practices in innovation and entrepreneurship.
