What is your general practice area focus?
Brown, Neri, Smith & Khan LLP specializes in business litigation. We handle most forms of business litigation, including breach of contract and business torts. Personally, I have handled all varieties of complex business litigation with a particular focus on securities litigation, accountants’ liability, merger and acquisition litigation, internal investigations, SEC investigations and enforcement actions, complex insurance coverage and class action defense.
What is your typical client profile?
Brown, Neri, Smith & Khan LLP represents a range of publicly and privately held companies and wealthy individuals across many industries.
What is the most successful client relationship that has begun through your Priori membership?
The most successful client relationship that began as a result of my Priori membership was a litigation matter in Boston arising from a lease agreement. That matter blossomed into several other pieces of litigation that my firm handled.
What do you like most about working with Priori?
What I like most about working with Priori is managing the client collection that I have accumulated during my 5 years as a platform member.

Priori has helped me grow my practice by connecting me with clients that I would not have met otherwise, paving the way for long-term, fruitful relationships.
